This year, the cook-off was sponsored by CLECO, the Eunice Chamber of Commerce and the City of Eunice.

Guest judges were Heath Morton of KLFY TV-10 in Lafayette, and Eric Cormier, columnist for the Lake Charles American Press and LA Cookin’ Magazine.
