CROWLEY – Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 31, 2007 in the Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley for Agnes Dubois Robinson, 86, who died Sunday afternoon in Pasadena, Texas. Fr. Gary Schexnayder, pastor of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Crowley, will officiate. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be observed from noon until 10 p.m. Wednesday, July 30 and again on Thursday from 8 a.m. until services. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Robinson was a loving mother who enjoyed cooking, sewing, and gardening and just being a good mother in general. She loved and enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by a daughter, Roxanna Robinson Mouton, of LaPorte, Texas; four grandchildren, Rene’ Robinson of Grand Coteau, Michelle Robinson of Georgia, Chad and Bryan Mouton, both of LaPorte, Texas; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pierre Dubois and Maline Simon Dubois; her husband, Sam Robinson; her son, Phillip Robinson; and three sisters.
