Anderson, Hensgens plan late October vows

LAFAYETTE - Mr. and Mrs. Michael Charles Anderson of Lafayette are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Christine Anderson, to Kyle Jeffery Hensgens, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Nicholas Hensgens of Mowata.

The wedding will take place during an evening ceremony on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at La Chapelle De Attakapas, Vermilionville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Beryl Badeaux Anderson and the late Harry Gordy Anderson Sr., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Douglas J. Provost, all from Lafayette. Michelle is a graduate of St. Thomas More High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is employed as a teacher by the Lafayette Parish School Board.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas L. Hensgens of Crowley and the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Baham of Eunice.

Kyle is a graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish and McNeese State University. He is self employed.

After the wedding, the couple will reside in Lafayette.
