Q. While deer hunting with a legal firearm to harvest a deer, can I also bring a smaller caliber rimfire rifle to harvest small game?
A. Yes, it is legal to bring a rimfire rifle that is legal to harvest small game with you in the deer stand while on private land, while deer hunting with a legal rifle to harvest deer.
