Chamber election results
CROWLEY – The Crowley Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the results of the recent elections for its Board of Directors.
Approximately 55 percent of the ballots were returned by the Chamber membership. Kim Habetz Bernard, E.L. Habetz Builders; Danny Nugier, The Southwest Group; and Trey Signorelli, Lombard Securities, were chosen by their fellow Chamber members to serve on the Chamber Board, each committing to a three-year term.
“I am confident that our new and existing board members will continue to work to promote the City of Crowley and our local businesses in the coming year,” stated Chamber President Kayla Link.
The Chamber will welcome these new board members and recognize the outgoing directors at the Annual Banquet, scheduled for May 28, at the Crowley Rice Festival Building.
Outgoing board members include Chairman Bryant Gielen, Rice Palace; Romona Credeur, Iberia Bank; M’elise Trahan, Crowley City Judge; and Keefer Kelbaugh, Sterling Wellness Solutions. In addition, the Chamber will honor a Business Person of the Year, Humanitarian of the Year, and Outstanding Young Citizens. For ticket information, please call 788-0177.
