Couple announces April wedding plans
Patrick and Debbie Miller and Ricky and Dinah Dalfrey of Crowley are pleased to announce the engagement and the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Brittany Blaire Dalfrey to Jerad Blaine Langley, son of Bobby and Faye Langley of Basile.
The couple plans to exchange wedding vows Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, followed by a reception at the Rice Festival Building in Crowley.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Florence Habetz Russell of Crowley and the late Paul E. Russell; the late Adley and Genevieve Hebert Dalfrey formerly of Mermentau; Joseph and Ella Mae Miller of Iota; and Ulysse and Carrie Simon of Crowley.
She is a 2003 graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish and a 2011 graduate of Louisiana State University at Eunice where she earned an associate degree in nursing. She is presently employed by MD Homecare of Abbeville as a registered nurse.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Clyde and Stella Langley and the late Hosea and Nursie Deshotels all formerly of Basile. He is a 2003 graduate of Basile High School and a 2007 graduate of McNeese State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a degree in radiologic technology. He is currently employed by American Legion Hospital in Crowley as a radiologic and CT technologist.
Following their wedding, the couple will reside in Crowley.
