Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off
Eunice’s World Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off Contest continues to lead the pack as one of the most unique and enjoyable events around.
The Cook-Off will be held Sunday, March 30 at the Northwest Pavilion. Bands will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m.
8 oz. cups of crawfish etouffee will be available for purchase at over 20 different booths beginning at 11 a.m.
Winners of the cookoff will be named at 2:30 p.m. at the Music Stage. Trophies are given for Cooking and Best Booth decoration.
Fun jumps, and a rock wall for the kids and additional food and desserts will be on site.
Bands will include:
10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., Kyle Huval & the Dixie Club Ramblers
1 p.m to 4 p.m., Jambalaya Cajun Band featuring Terry Huval & Reggie Matte.
