Creative Learning Opportunities for Children

Lafayette - The Fugro Chance Family Performance Series presented by the Acadiana Center for the Arts continues its 2010 – 2011 series on Wednesday, February 23 at 6:30 p.m. with this interactive storytelling performance by Brother Roscoe.

Join us during National African American History Month for African folk tales, drumming and songs with storyteller Brother Roscoe. Take a trip through Africa and around the world! The audience will encounter animals, talking objects and mystical folk on this journey!

All shows will take place at the Acadiana Center for the Arts on 101 W. Vermilion St. from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tickets are $4 for children 12 and under and $6 for adults. The Fugro Chance Family Performance Series was created to provide a venue for quality live performance for young audiences.
