OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF RAYVILLE

HELD on the 24th day of November 2008

On the 24 day of November 2008 at 6:00 o?clock PM.

The Housing Authority of the Town of Rayville met in Regular Session. The meeting was called to order and on roll call the following members of the body were present:

Messrs. Gladney, Johnson, Jones, Dorsey

Absent: Shaw

Also present were R.A. Eubanks and James Oliveaux.

There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The following resolution was introduced by Mr. Gladney, read in full and considered:

RESOLUTION No. 575

Be It Resolved that the PHAS report for fye 9-30-2008 be approved and submitted to REAC.

The Resolution was read in full, considered and discussed.

Mr. Johnson moved its adoption and Mr. Jones seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded.

AYES: Gladney, Jones, Johnson, Dorsey

NAYS: None

Thereupon the Resolution was declared duly adopted and passed.

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Gladney read in full and considered:

RESOLUTION No. 576

Be It Resolved that six gas ranges, ROPERS, no serial number, be charged off and removed from Housing Authority property records.

The Resolution was read in full, considered and discussed.

Mr. Jones moved its adoption and Mrs. Dorsey seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded.

RESOLUTION No. 577

Be It Resolved that the Vacant Tenant Accounts of Monroe Connor in the amount of $288.00 and Carrie Fuller in the amount of $295.00 be declared ?Charged to Loss? and removed from Housing Authority books.

The Resolution was read in full, considered and discussed.

RESOLUTION No. 578

Be It Resolved that all Housing Authority employees be awarded a bonus not to exceed ten percent of each employees annual salary for fye 9-30-09.

This award being given in recognition of employee efforts in making this Housing Authority a High Performer in HUDS REAC System.

The Resolution was read in full, considered and discussed.

Mrs. Dorsey moved its adoption and Mr. Jones seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded:
