Early voting begins Saturday for Nov. 19 election

CROWLEY - Early voting for the November 19 election runoff elections starts Saturday, November 5 and will resume on Monday, November 7 through Saturday, November 12. The voting will take place at the Registrar of Voters office located at 568 NW Courthouse Circle. The voting hours will be from 8:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Acadia Parish voters will be voting to fill the seats in the runoffs for Police Jury Seat District 1 between incumbent Alton Stevenson and challenger Vernon ‘Step’ Martin and the District 4 seat between Dale Trahan and John Quebodeaux.

Voters are, as usual, asked to bring their driver’s license, La. state identification and your voter identification card.
