Native American Day set for Sept. 20 at Vermilionville

The Bayou Vermilion District’s Vermilionville has invited the public to celebrate its annual Native American Culture Day on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its historic village.

The Grand Opera House of the South is offering Crowley residents a great treat Thursday night in the form of a concert by the United States Air Force Band of the West’s Brass in Blue ensemble.

‘Bayou Voodoo’ at Cité des Arts in Lafayette Thursday

Crowley resident Mack Money will take over Cité des Arts in Lafayette Thursday night with his new play, “Bayou Voodoo.”

The play is actually the second installment in a series of the same name by Money.
