Fenton native publishes book
PublishAmerica is proud to present Surely, I Know There Is a God: A Living Testimony by Morena J. Caleb from Fenton, Louisiana.
Morena J. Caleb, a native of Louisiana, proudly presents her first publication. It was with inspiration and guidance of the Divine Master that she wrote this book. To God she bestows all glory and honor for its origination, implication and achievements. This narrative is an account of struggles and vicious conflicts, a war with oneself that was resolved by eventual submission and repentance. It is unfortunate that she went looking in all the wrong places in her search for happiness. Her relentless search led her through many dark and mysterious places. In search of riches, she found poverty. In her quest for knowledge, she embraced ignorance. Instead of joy, she huddled with sadness, hopelessness, turmoil and chaos. In search for a rightful place in society, she found a treasure greater than she ever imagined.
The author obtained her formal education through the public schools of Opelousas, Louisiana, St. Landry Parish. She graduated from J.S. Clark High School in 1963. Later she attended Southern University of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Recently she attended Boulden Seminary, UAME Church, with headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, where she studied the word of God.
