Heritage Manor News: Angels in the world
(Editor’s Note: The following article was submitted by Monica Alagad, resident activity director at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Ville Platte. This column runs every Sunday in The Gazette.)
Christmas time is a very hectic, stressful time of year. That goes for the staff of Heritage Manor as well. This year, we’ve had some very special angels step in and help us out. If God is willing, this year we are hoping the residents will have the best Christmas ever. We want to thank everyone who helped make this Christmas a huge success. To all of you who donated food, money, gifts and your time, you are truly our angels and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We don’t want to leave out anyone so we wish to send a heartfelt thank you to all of those who came caroling, played music for the residents and all the groups who held individual parties for the residents. The residents and staff of Heritage Manor thank you so much and hope you have a Merry Christmas.
Bingo sponsors for the week are LaVille Funeral Home, Epsilon Sigma Chapter 7869, the KCs and Blake’s Hair and Gifts.
