Lady Wolves plan ‘Pink’ Game
As the 2009 volleyball season continues, the Rayne High Lady Wolves Volleyball Team has planned a “Volleyball for the Cure Game” on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at Rayne High
The Lady Wolves will be hosting Ascension Episcopal with action beginning at 5 p.m.
All proceeds collected for the game will be donated to breast cancer research. Admission is $6. Anyone wearing a pink shirt to the game can pay a $3 admission instead.
Anyone wearing a “Volleyball for the Cure” t-shirt that can be purchased through any RHS volleyball player will enter free and participate in all drawings during the games.
All survivors are asked to attend the games. Survivors are asked to contact Coach Stephanie Garrett for their shirt size.
There will also include a survivor/memorial wall, so purchase a pink volleyball for $1 and place a name.
