Christina is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfonso Espinosa of Houston, TX.

Jason is the son of Ella Jane Doré and the late Mr. Sedie Doré of Erath.

The bride wore a classic gown of ivory poie de soie and alencon lace with multiple layers and a chapel length train fashioned by Mon Cheri. The veil was single layered tulle trimmed in lace. She carried a hand tied bouquet of ivory roses, peionies and stephanotis.

Serving as Matron of Honor was Mrs. Yvette Bermudez, a cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids for the wedding included Mrs. Vicki Bradley, friend of the bride; Ms. Kristi Morgan, friend of the bride; Joelle Dooley, niece of the groom. Junior Bridesmaids serving in the wedding party included Sophia Espinosa, niece of the bride; Kaitlyn Dooley, niece of the groom; Danielle Bermudez, cousin of the bride, and Jeanne Marie Doré, niece of the groom. Lillian Espinosa, the bride’s niece, served as the Flower Girl, while Timothy Doré II, the groom’s nephew, served as Ring Bearer.

The bridesmaids wore a tea length gown of pale pink with layers of tulle designed by Bill Levkoff. The gown featured a black satin sash that was embellished by a rhinestone pin. The Junior Bridesmaids wore matching pink tulle and satin dresses that were accented by a ruffle of tulle at the edge of the dress, designed by Waters and Waters. The flower girl wore a dress of pink shantung with a tulle overlay that was accented with small rosebuds.

Bouquets for the bridesmaids were all made of pink roses and wrapped with a pale pink satin ribbon.

Best Man for the groom was Kyle Landry, a friend of Jason’s. Serving as groomsmen were Timothy Doré, brother of the groom, and Roy Graff, a friend of the groom.

Jason wore a black tuxedo with a platinum tie by Donald Trump. The groomsmen wore black tuxes with pink pinstripe ties by Donald Trump.

Ushers for the event included Neil and Aaron Doré, who are both brothers of the groom.

Following the exchange of vows, Deanna Soria, sister of the bride, and Danielle Doré, godchild of the groom, encircled the bride and groom with the unity lasso. The unity lasso is a unique wedding tradition that symbolizes the couples everlasting commitment to one another.

Music for the ceremony was provided by Divisi Strings. Readings were given by Rose Ann Contelli, friend of the bride; Ralph Shumaker, friend of the groom and Christina Dooley, a sister of the groom.

Their reception was held at The Alley Theatre in downtown Houston’s Theatre District. Upon the bride and grooms arrival at the reception, they were privately serenaded outside the theatre by an eight member mariachi group. Once inside, the musical group followed the couple up the grand staircase with a performance of “La Negra”, a traditional Mexican song of celebration.

Following a honeymoon trip to Napa Valley, the Doré’s will reside in The Heights of Houston, TX.
