The candidates included Stephanie Lepretre, Caroline Orillion, Leah Lapointe and Ali Lucas. All completed an application and compiled a portfolio of accomplishments. They were interviewed by a selection committee who were extremely impressed with each of these young people.
Leah Lapointe was selected as Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish Student of the Year. Leah’s portfolio has been sent to the Diocese of Lafayette for further consideration in the regional selection process. If selected on the regional level, she will move on to the state selection committee.
