LeBlanc nabs Second Alternate at Jeff Davis Fair

Jada Talley, a 16-year-old Hathaway High School student, was crowned Jeff Davis Parish Queen for 2008 at the Fair’s Pageant in Jennings this past week.
Tallen is the daughter of Michael and Rhonda Talley and is a junior at Hathaway High School.
First alternate and runnerup was Leah Moore, a 16-year-old junior at Welsh High School. Moore is the daughter of Robert and Jacqui Moore of Welsh.
Second alternate was Paris LeBlanc, a 17-year-old senior from Lake Arthur High School. LeBlanc is the daughter of Dana and Arthur LeBlanc of Lake Arthur.
Named Miss Congeniality was Saige Doise, a 16-year-old junior from Hathaway High School. Doise is the daughter of David and Ramona Doise of Hathaway.
Other girls competing in this year’s pageant were Kristen Bonin and Brittany Presnull of Bethel Christian; Kaitlyn Nichols and Alisha Warren of Elton High; Chelsea Dail and Mariah Guidry of Jennings High; Lauren Devillier and Laura Stacy of Lacassine High; Katie Cantrelle of Lake Arthur High; and Kristina Moore of Welsh High.
