The Crowley Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., held its 37th annual Cotillion/Beautillion on Saturday, April 5, at the International Rice Festival Building in Crowley.

Crowned as the this year’s queen was Laura-Brooke Banks, daughter of Frederica and Tyrone Banks. Her court included Natalia Janaé Hayes, first princess, and Angienette Alexis Castille, second princess. Natalia is the daughter of Carolyn and Nolton Hayes. Angienette is the daughter of Dwan and Dannie Castille.

RoVontaé Gerard Lewis, son of Shelia Byers Lewis and Roland Lewis Sr., was named as king. Princes were Mylan Jamal Stevens, first prince, and Joseph Rubin III, second prince. Stevens is the son of Bertha and Marvin Stevens.  Rubin is the son of Marjorie Rubin and the late Joseph Rubin.
