“Partners in Education” who teamed up with the NAUW - Crowley Branch to provide free backpacks and school supplies to community students and who were present for the Sixth Annual Back to School Readiness Seminar on Friday, Aug. 13, included, from left, Lavera George, Shelda Kelso, Acadia Parish School Board Vice President Bishop James W.
