CROWLEY – Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2008 at First Church of Nazarene in Crowley for Louella “LuLu” S. Hoffpauir.
Hoffpauir, 86, died Saturday, April 5, 2008 at the American Legion Hospital in Crowley.
Officiating the service will be Rev. Jim Hoffman.
Burial will follow at the Methodist Cemetery in Ebenezer, La.
Visiting hours will be observed Sunday, April 6, 2008 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Monday, April 7, 2008 from 8 a.m. till the time of service.
Hoffpauir was a native and lifelong resident of Ebenezer. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Crowley.
Hoffpauir is survived by her husband; Asa Hoffpauir, her son, George and his partner, Christine Hoffpauir, all of Crowley; two grandchildren; Jennifer and Scott Hoffpauir; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Emma Faulk Sarver; her sisters, Lillian Petry, Eula Perry, Myrtle Boulet, and Agnes Sarver; her brother Gordy Sarver; and her daughter-in-law, Brenda Foreman Hoffpauir.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Saini and the staff at American Legion Hospital, Crowley Rehabilitation, and Southwind Nursing Home for their love, kindness and dedication to Ms. Louella.
