Matthew Boudreaux & Blanche Boudreaux to be united
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Boudreaux of Rayne are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Blanche Monique, to Matthew John Boudreaux of Waco, Texas, son of Mr. and Mrs. David P. Boudreaux of Berwick.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Joyce Z. Faulk and the late Stanley Faulk, Mrs. June Boudreaux and the late George Boudreaux.
She is a 1999 graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish, 2003 graduate of UL-Lafayette with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in speech pathology and audiology, and received a Master of Science Degree in 2005 for the same subject area. She is currently employed by the Iberia Parish School Board as a speech-language pathologist.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Mrs. Bertie L. Guillory of Oakdale and the late John Guillory, Mrs. Shirley Boudreaux of Berwick and the late John Stanley Boudreaux, Sr. He is a 1996 graduate of Berwick High School and a 2000 graduate of Central Bible College with a double Bachelor of Arts Degree in music and Bible/Theology. He is currently employed by the Waco Independent School District as a music educator.
The couple will be united in marriage during a seven o’clock Nuptial Mass on Friday, June 11, 2010 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church. Reverend John “Buddy” Breaux will be officiating the wedding and Rev. Ryan P. Darrow, close friend of the groom, will also be witnessing the vows. The newlyweds will be honored during a reception planned for La Grand Hall in Crowley.
