Miller, Boudreaux to wed in October
During a sunset sacrament of holy matrimony, to occur on Saturday, October 25, 2008, Victoria Renee Miller of Crowley will become the bride of Bryan “Fred” John Boudreaux, Jr. of Lake Charles.
Point Aux Loups Ballroom in Iota will provide the setting for the exchanging of their wedding nuptials and the reception that will immediately follow. Reverend Jimmy Broussard, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church will officiate.
The future bride is the daughter of Joseph and Cynthia Courville Miller of Crowley. She is the granddaughter of James and Sylvia Comeaux Miller, Sr. and Harry L. Courville, Sr. and the late Betty Landry Courville, all of Crowley.
Victoria is a 2004 graduate of Notre Dame High School and is presently attending McNeese State University where she is pursuing a degree as a registered nurse at the end of this year. She is presently employed with the American Legion Hospital in Crowley.
The prospective groom is the son of Bryan John and Charlotte Johnson Boudreaux, Sr. of Lake Charles. He is the grandson of A.J. and Lorraine Boudreaux of Westlake and the late Robert and Johnny Mae Johnson.
Fred is a 1995 graduate of Iota High School and a 2002 graduate of ABC School. He is presently employed as a pipe fitter with CB&I at Golden Pass LNG in Sabine Pass, Texas.
An engagement announcement party honoring the couple was held on May 17 at the home of Audie and Keisha Hanks.
The celebration was given by the bride’s parents to provide the wedding party, friends and family members of the couple an opportunity to meet and begin planning for the special day.
Several showers and socials have been planned throughout the summer, leading up to the wedding day.
Following the wedding the couple will reside in Lake Charles.
