Mrs. Reggie C. Guidry
Carencro – Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 23, in Evangeline Memorial Gardens Chapel for Mrs. Reggie C. Guidry, 56, the former Anna Louise Credeur, who passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2008, at Alton Ochsner Medical Hospital in New Orleans.
Mrs. Anna was a native of Carencro and a resident of St. Martinville for the past nine years. She was the owner and operator of A&R Trucking in St. Martinville for 28 years.
Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Reggie Guidry of St. Martinville; three sons, Jerry Credeur of New Iberia, Regdrick Guidry of Scott and Brian Guidry of Breaux Bridge; two daughters, Mrs. Allen (Brenda) Darby Jr. of New Iberia, and Mrs. Kenny (Phoebe) Lyles of Baton Rouge; four sisters, Mrs. Rob (Marie) Hosier of Morgan City, and Mrs. Clarence (Sandra) Darby, Mrs. A.J. (Ruby) Darby and Rita Credeur, all of New Iberia; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Credeur of Carencro and her mother, the former Hazel Forestier of Cankton.
Melancon Funeral Home of Carencro was in charge of arrangements.
