NAUW gather at Chef Roy's Frog City Cafe

Members of the National Association of University Women gathered at Chef Roy’s Frog City Cafe’ on Sunday, February 24, to celebrate National Founder’s Day. The members attended from Lafayette, Rayne, Crowley, Eunice, New Iberia, Opelousas, Jennings and Lake Charles. Among the special guests were Ollie Johnson of Moss Bluff, national president; Dr. Bettye Williams of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, director of the south central region; Elaine Sias of Rayne, national correspondence secretary; Hilda Wiltz, past sectional director and Dr. Ezora Proctor, former national president. The lunch was a conclusion of their National Founder’s Day celebration which started with a visit to Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church in Rayne. They were welcomed to Our Mother of Mercy Church by its pastor, Father Richard Wagner, S.S.J.
