CROWLEY – Katelyn Jones banged out three hits and drove in eight runs to help lead the Northside Christian Lady Warriors to a 15-0 victory over Plainview Wednesday afternoon at Hensgens Park.

Jones had an RBI single in the first inning as the Lady Warriors jumped out to a 3-0 advantage.
Then in the third inning, the sophomore slugger got hot.
With the bases loaded, Jones drove a pitch deep down the left field line, barely missing a grand slam as the ball cleared the fence but was foul.
She didn’t miss the next pitch.
On the second offering, she drove a high fastball over the left center field wall to put the Lady Warriors up 7-0.
Later in the inning, Jones had a three-run double as the Warriors scored 12 runs in the frame to end the game by virtue of the mercy rule.
