Information sought in vehicle theft, arson

Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish needs your help to solve a theft and arson.

Crowley Police and the Louisiana Fire Marshal’s Office are investigating the theft and arson of a motor vehicle. The incident occurred on Nov. 25 at approximately 4:39 a.m.

A 2008 Buick Lacrosse, brown in color was located in a ditch at the intersection of West 10th Street and North Avenue C. The vehicle had been stolen from the 300 block of West 9th Street and was discovered on fire.

The investigation shows that the vehicle was intentionally set on fire. 

If you have any information regarding this hit & run incident or any other crime, you are urged to call the tips line at 789-TIPS (789-8477). All callers will remain anonymous and can receive up to a $1,000 cash reward.
