Rayne High graduation, class day set

Of the 142 graduates of Rayne High School who will receive their high school diplomas Saturday, May 23, at the 9:30 a.m.

LOST ITS WAY: Cody LeBlanc holds an alligator found under a trailer inside the locked fence at LeBlanc Trailer Sales on Branche Street Tuesday, May 12. The LeBlancs wisely contacted Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries and an agent Kim Cochet captured the almost seven foot long animal. Reportedly other alligators have been spotted around the southern side of Rayne. Residents are warned not to approach an alligator but call Wildlife and Fisheries at 225-765-2811.
