Rayne native and New Orleans chef Isaac Toups will debut his cooking skills on Top Chef’s new series set to air Dec. 2nd on the Bravo Network.

The popular “Top Chef” series will begin its 13th season on the Bravo Network in December and Rayne residents may by interested in one of this year
