Floodplain insurance changes outlined for Rotary members

Deputies execute search warrant

CONFISCATED: Acadia Parish Sheriff Wayne Melancon and Chief Deputy Keith Latiola display items confiscated following a search warrant executed early Wednesday morning, June 3, on a residence in the 2200 block of Quarter Pole Road near Rayne. Agents collected approximately 400 tablets of ecstasy, 40 ounces of promethazine with codeine and a 223 caliber AR-15 with 40 live rounds.Total value of confiscated items is approximately $25,000.
