St. Martinville – Nathaniel St. Julian was named LTC Evangeline Campus Outstanding Graduate during commencement exercises held on Thursday, Aug. 8.
St. Julian is a Care and Development of Young Children graduate with a cumulative grade point average of 3.6.
He was selected by LTC Greater Acadiana Region 4 Foundation trustees with assistance from LTC Evangeline Campus administration, faculty, and staff, The honor is based on academic achievement, other honors and awards, participation in campus organizations and activities, and community service, and the student’s plans for the future.
The annual Outstanding Graduate Award is sponsored by the LTC Greater Acadiana Region 4 Foundation. The recipient is awarded with a personalized plaque and cash award.
The Region 4 campuses are: Acadian in Crowley, Charles B. Coreil in Ville Platte, Evangeline in St. Martinville, Gulf Area in Abbeville, the Lafayette Campus in Lafayette, T.H. Harris in Opelousas, and Teche Area in New Iberia.
Greater Acadiana Region 4 Foundation trustees include Rhyn Duplechain, president; Randy Toepfer, vice President; Pat Theriot, secretary-treasurer; and trustees Ray Bias, (New Iberia Mayor) Hilda Curry, Mable Foreman, Eric Robicheaux, and Gina Theriot.
The mission of Louisiana Technical College Greater Acadiana Region 4 is to provide training which assists students in acquiring the skills necessary for employment.
