Rayne High Band perform in Sugar Bowl

SUGAR BOWL PERFORMERS: On January 1 and 2, The Rayne High School Marching Band and Color Guard traveled to New Orleans to perform at half time for the 75th annual Allstate Sugar Bowl. They joined schools from around the country to form a mass band in celebration of the silver anniversary of the Bowl. PIctured on the right are band director Adrian Alba and the color guard instructor Mrs. Kelli German with the plaque that the Rayne HIgh Band were awarded for participating in the sugar bowl. The band staged numerous fund-raisers to pay their way to this once-in-a-lifetime experience. (Photo Submitted)
