Recipe finalists named for paper’s annual cookoff
Recipe finalists have been chosen for The Gazette’s Annual Cookoff.
All finalists are asked to bring their dishes to The Gazette by 5:30 p.m. Monday, November 10, for the judging contest. All recipes will be featured in our annual holiday cookbook. Finalists should bring a dish with enough food for three people to judge the dish. Winners will be announced between 7 and 7:30 p.m.
The Gazette thanks its readers for their continued support in sharing recipes with our staff and the community. We wish everyone “good luck” Monday evening.
Those chosen to participate in the cookoff are as follows:
•Mary Ellen Dupre (deviled eggs and last of the red hot ham)
•Larry Lachney (Papa Gator’s crab and corn bisque and crawfish bisque)
