CROWLEY – Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel for Robert Black Cutrer, 78, who died Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital in Katy, Texas.
Mr. Cutrer was a native and lifelong resident of Crowley. He retired from Bank of Commerce and Trust Co. as Vice-president. He served his country during the Korean Conflict in the U.S. Navy.
Rev. Dale Hensarling, pastor of First United Methodist Church, will officiate for the services. The family requests visiting hours Saturday from 9 a.m. to service time.
Burial will take place in Maxie Cemetery.
Survivors include three daughters, Christine C. Walgenbach of Katy, Texas, Darlene C. Cadriel of Phoenix, Ariz. and Kim C. Hussmann of Helena, Mont.; two sons, Lee Cutrer of Rockport, Texas and Robert (Keith) Cutrer of Milton; one brother, George K. Cutrer, Jr. of Crowley; seven grandchildren, and one niece.
Mr. Cutrer was preceded in death by his parents, George K. Cutrer, Sr. and Flossie Black Cutrer.
