Smoking may be on council agenda
Alderwoman Marguerite Fruge-Simpson said at Thursday’s City Council agenda-setting meeting she wanted discussion of smoking in public places and public vehicles on the program for the Tuesday, June 10, meeting.
Other council members and City Atty. Jacque Pucheu said there are already city and state laws prohibiting such smoking.
Fruge-Simpson indicated she had received complaints of people smoking in City Hall.
