South Crowley Elementary thankful for new library
The faculty and students of South Crowley Elementary welcomed campus visitors when the school held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Grand Opening of their newly constructed library.
The new library replaces a 35-year-old building that had been in use since the 1970s.
Architect Bill Ackal designed the facility in a style which compliments the existing main building. The building’s general contractor was E.L. Habetz with Kim Bernard serving as project supervisor.
The SCE children’s enthusiasm for the new library is one that has transferred over to their thirst for knowledge.
