Crowley holds off Peabody

CROWLEY – The Crowley Gents were in need of some big plays Friday in their Class 4A first-round playoff game against the Peabody Warhorses.
They got exactly that, especially late in the game from senior cornerback Bryston Domino.

Church Point tops McMain in Class 3A playoffs

CHURCH POINT – In a game of contrasting offenses, the No. 9 Church Point Bears ran to a 65-44 first round win over No. 24 Eleanor McMain Friday night.
The Bears will now face No. 25 Donaldsonville (5-6)  as the Tigers grabbed a  33-21 upset over No. 8 South Beauregard (7-4).
