Two-vehicle wreck on La. 365
Four people were transported to area hospitals Wednesday after this two-vehicle collision on La. 365 near Branch.
According to State Police Troop I, the two vehicles were traveling east on La. 365 behind each other when one slowed to make a turn into a private drive. The white Chevy (making the turn) was then rammed in the rear by the silver Ford. The Ford then entered the westbound lane, overturned and entered a ditch on the north side of the roadway.
The driver of the Ford, Michael C. Vidrine, 28, of Eunice, was ejected and transported to Our Lady of Lourdes by Air Med with critical injuries. The three occupants of the Chevy were juveniles ages 16, 15 and 12. They were taken to Crowley American Legion Hospital with minor injuries.
