Venable, Meche announce engagement

Kenneth and Donna Venable of Crowley are pleased to announce the engagement and forth-coming marriage of their daughter,

Ann Marie, to 
Adam David Meche, also of Lafayette.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Betty Boulet of Crowley and the late William Earl Boulet, Logan Paul Venable and Brunella Stelly Venable.

Ann is a graduate of Notre Dame High School and attends the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she will graduate in December of this year with a degree in communication disorders.

The groom-elect is the son of David and Helen Meche of Duson. He is the grandson of David Meche of Duson and the late Helen Larriviere Foreman, Dave Foreman and Nella Arceneaux.

Adam is a graduate of Notre Dame High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he received a degree in industrial technology. Adam is currently employed with T-Baker Smith.

The couple has plans to exchanged wedding vows on December 19, 2008 during a 6:30 p.m. ceremony at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Rayne. Father Joe Breaux will officiate.

Following their sacrament of marriage the newly wedded couple will reside in Lafayette.
