Zaunbrecher awarded LSU University Medal
Victoria Zaunbrecher was one of 50 undergraduate LSU students who received University Medals for graduating with a perfect 4.0 grade point average as part of Louisiana State University’s 274th commencement exercises held in Baton Rouge.
The medalists were honored at a special ceremony held Thursday, May 19, 2011, at the LSU Union Theater. They were also recognized during the main commencement ceremony held Friday, May 20, in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in kinesiology graduating summa cum laude.
Victoria was very active while a LSU student as a member of the Student Christian Medical Association, Association of Pre-Physical Therapy Students, and the Kinesiology Club.
She plans to attend Texas Women’s University School of Physical Therapy in Houston where she will obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree.
Victoria is the daughter of Pat and Kelli Zaunbrecher of Roberts Cove and is a gaduate of Northside Christian School in Crowley.
Her grandparents are Floyd and Margie Harmon of Crowley and Vincent and the late Genevieve Zaunbrecher in Roberts Cove.
