Crowley City Court proceedings: Sept. 28

• Mark Bertrand, 57, South Avenue D, Crowley: no driver’s license in possession, no contest, $175 fine and court costs or two days in jail.
• Gerald Bieri, 49, Pine Street, Crowley: possession of drug paraphernalia, no contest, $405 fine and court costs or 10 days in jail.
• Tanya Broussard, 48, Derouen Street, Lake Arthur: theft, no contest under Art. 894, $315 fine and court costs or 30 days in jail, six months unsupervised probation, $500 restitution.
• Derrick Ceasar Jr., 19, West 10th Street, Crowley: no proof of insurance, no contest, $235 fine and court costs or two days in jail.
• Kyla Dupont, 35, Holinsworth Road, Bunkie: resisting arrest - failure to identify, no contest, 10 days in jail, CFTS.
• La’Toyrese Guillory, 20, North Avenue D, Crowley: license plate (none), no contest, two days in jail, CFTS; failure to signal turn, no contest, two days in jail, CFTS; insurance (none), no contest, 30 days in jail, CFTS; possession of marijuana, no contest, 30 days in jail, CFTS; driver’s license - suspended, no contest, 30 days in jail, CFTS, all to run concurrent.
• Frederick Hoskins, 19, South Avenue F, Crowley: criminal trespassing/remaining after forbidden, no contest, 10 days in jail, CFTS.
• Lora Marlen, 24, South Avenue N, Crowley: careless operation, no contest, $285 fine and court costs or five days in jail.
• Bryson Meche, 25, Public Road, Rayne: careless operation, no contest, $285 fine and court costs or two days in jail.
• Tavan Minix, 18, Stoneburg Drive, Duson: possession of marijuana, no contest under Art. 894, $655 fine and court costs or 15 days in jail or 10 hours court-approved community service; speeding 11-15, no contest, $240 fine and court costs or three days in jail.
• Stefon Sias, 25, South Avenue G, Crowley: driver’s license - never had, no contest, $285 fine and court costs or 30 days in jail or 28 hours court-approved community service; insurance (none), no contest, $385 fine and court costs or 30 days in jail or 38 hours court-approved community service.
• Juanita Coleman Stutes, 56, Westwood, Crowley: careless operation w/accident, no contest, $355 fine and court costs or five days in jail; driver’s license - never had, no contest, to run concurrent.
• Rodney Thibo, 67, Fernwood Drive, Crowley: no driver’s license in possession, no contest, $175 fine and court costs or two days in jail.
• Trey Vincent, 20, East Seventh Street, Crowley: careless operation, no contest, five days in jail, CFTS; driver’s license - never had, no contest, 30 days in jail, CFTS; insurance (none), no contest, 30 days in jail, CFTS, all to run concurrent.
• Randy Woods, 61, East Clay Street, Crowley: failure to report accident, no contest, $235 fine and court costs or two days in jail.

• Laci Amy, 27, JB Sarver Road, Crowley: speeding 11-15, driver’s license - suspended, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• Clifton Anderson III, 26, Kathy Meadow Lane, Crowley: misuse of temp tag, insurance (none), driver’s license - never had, MVI - expired, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• M’leana Benoit, 28, North Avenue H, Crowley: misuse of temp tag, driver’s license - possession, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• Joseph Brown, 39, West 11th Street, Crowley: driver’s license - suspended, disobeyed stop sign, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• Lawless Burke, 41, East 13th Street, Crowley: no eye protection on bike, no bicycle light, no helmet, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• Lane Comeaux, 22, Seagrove Street, Jennings: careless operation w/accident, bench - $100 contempt fee.
• Emily Credeur, 36, North Avenue I, Crowley: improper lighting (red, white, blue), driver’s license - suspended, insurance (none), bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• Dyontae Doffoney, 21, Westwood, Crowley: criminal damage, fugitive - $500 bond.
• Shawn Dugar, 20, Lurose Drive, Crowley: speeding 0-10, bench - $100 contempt fee.
• Ge’naiza Ge’na Freeman, 35, Kathy Meadows Lane, Crowley: license plate (switched), insurance (none), driver’s license - never had, bench -$100 contempt fee each charge.
• Jennifer Gaspard, 38, East Cedar Street, Crowley: license plate (switched), insurance (none), driver’s license - suspended, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• Kortney Gatte, 25, East Andrus Street, Crowley: speeding 16-25, driver’s license - suspended, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• Kervon F. Griffin, 25, Harry Fuselier, Crowley: misdemeanor sexual battery, resisting arrest - failure to identify, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• Martaylor Guidry, 22, Prejean Highway, Lawtell: speeding 11-15, driver’s license - suspended, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• Eddie Gutierrez, 39, Pineloch Drive, Webster, Texas: ATV on roadway, bench - $100 contempt fee.

• Rogers Trahan, 61, Leviolion Road, Lafayette: DWI 2nd tested, bench - $200 contempt fee.
• Arnulfo Varelo, 46, Scottsdale, Lafayette: disobeyed stop sign, driver’s license - never had, insurance (none), MVI - expired, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
• Ricki Williams, 22, North Saltzman Avenue, Kaplan: improper lane use/change/driving left of center, driver’s license - suspended, bench - $100 contempt fee each charge.
