Estherwood alderwoman/police officer, husband are arrested
Estherwood - A member of the Estherwood Board of Aldermen and captain in the village’s police department has been arrested, along with her husband — who also was an officer for the department.

Accused Church Point hostage taker arrested
Isaiah Lamar Dupre, the man accused of locking himself in a Church Point apartment with a pair of six-month-old twins and a gun, was arrested in Iberville Parish this past Sunday.
