The Emile Joseph Building on Historic North Parkerson Avenue is getting a facelift. In the mid-1950s, Joseph constructed this brick building and moved his men’s clothing store into it. In 1966, J.D. Miller bought the building and moved his Modern Music recording studio and business to the site and added a second floor. Mark Miller operates Modern Music in the northern-most section of the building. Other businesses currently operating in the building are Tower Loan and Crowley Art Gallery.
