A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, at St. Michael Church in Egan, for Lisa E. Miller, 45, who passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, 2022, at her home in Egan.
Fr. Jude Thierry, pastor of St. Michael Church in Egan, is officiating for the services.
The family is requesting visiting hours to be held Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home in Iota.
A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Interment will be in Sensat Cemetery in Egan.
She is survived by her mother, Margaret Leger Miller of Egan; her twin sister, Denise Miller and wife Crystal of Ball; her aunts and uncle, Judy and Dean Roy of Lake Charles, and Mary Weekly of Egan; and cousins, Danielle and Marcus Matlock and their children, Bryce Berkin, and Cole Matlock; and Raphael and Shanna Weekly, and their children, Reuben Weekly, Gabrielle Weekly, and Mary Weekly.
Lisa is preceded in death by her father, Creyton Miller; twin siblings, Michael and Judith Leger; her maternal grandparents, Cleve and Veronica Leger; and her paternal grandparents, Elzie and Florence Miller.
