The Garden of the Month, a residential award, was presented to Jill and Burleigh Doga, whose residence is located on South Avenue F. Jill Doga was present to accept the award.
The Civic Beautification Award, which recognizes businesses that contribute to the beauty of Crowley, was given to Boutique 46, located at 502 N. Parkerson Ave. On hand for the presentation were, from left, Crowley Garden Club member Myra Broussard, Chee Chee Gielen, the owner of the building, and Mona Fontenot, the owner of Boutique 46.
