Thursday night the International Rice Festival Building will see the crowning of Miss Merry Christmas 2018 at the annual pageant hosted by the Eta Kappa Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi.
The Crowley Garden Club presented its Civic Beautification Award for the month of November to Boutique Forty-Six on N. Parkerson Ave. On hand to receive the award were, from left, Lauren Cramer, Mona Fontenot and Victoria Callahan.
The yard of Louis and Brenella Joubert, located on Edgewood Drive in Crowley, received the Crowley Garden Club’s Garden of the Month Award. Club member Christie Brammer placed the sign in their yard.
