The Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office has recently declared four vehicles as being surplus, as they were replaced with newer units for the uniformed patrol and civil departments.
CROWLEY - In a rather short, but productive meeting Monday afternoon, the Acadia Parish School Board approved a number of projects and programs for the coming months.
During ceremonies on Saturday, one of four contestants will be crowned the 89th Miss Rayne to represent the Frog Capital of the World for the next year.
