Rayne parade goers will not usher in the holiday season this year as the annual Christmas Parade will not be held as anticipated on Tuesday, Dec. 1.

RAYNE - Rayne Catholic Elementary wanted to bring about a new change with the school’s Tiger of the Week activity.
The result -- “Students of the Month” honors.
Louisiana Army National Guard will be conducting free COVID-19 testing Thursday, Nov. 19, at the Acadia Parish Rice Arena at 159 Cherokee Drive.
Testing is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
