Louisiana Army National Guard will be conducting free COVID-19 testing Monday through Wednesday, Sept. 21 through 23, at the LSUE Student Union.
Testing is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Following discussions with restaurant and hospitality industry leaders, Gov. John Bel Edwards has altered his Phase 3 order to allow the on-premises sale and consumption of alcohol until 11 p.m.
