Mayor Chad Monceaux purchased the first ticket for the Aug. 15 seafood etouffee dinners being sold as a benefit for both the Crowley Fire Department and the Louisiana Lions Club Camp for children with disabilities. On hand for the sale of the first ticket are, from left, Lions Club President Ann Mire, Mayor Monceaux, Crowley Fire Chief Louis “Buddha” Romero Jr., and L.J. Relle, director of the Fire and Emergency Training Academy. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased from any Lions Club member of Crowley firefighter.
