Janet Ann Henderson
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Iota for Janet Ann Henderson, 65, who died Thursday, June 15, 2017 at her home in Iota.
Fr. Jude Thierry, Pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church, will officiate for the services. The family requests visiting hours Monday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. A rosary will be recited Monday at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Mrs. Janet is survived by one daughter, Tracy Jennings of Iota; one niece, Mary Day of Bangor, MI; one nephew, Michael Day of Aurora, IL; three great nieces, Jessica Hanson and husband Robert of Bolingbrook, IL, Tara Day of Lake Charles and Rachael Day of Pineville; two great nephews, Jerimiah Day of Tioga and Nathan Williams of Phoenix, AZ; also survived by her grand dogs, Chloe, Zoe and Gracy along with their kitty sister, Penny.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Hazel Reed Henderson; one sister, Andalene “Sue” Day; and her beloved cat, Casper.
